About Rebecca
Hi, I am so glad you’re here! My name is Rebecca and I am a dedicated therapist serving clients ages 16 and up. I am passionate about supporting clients as they navigate the various peaks and valleys of life. Having a safe space to explore your needs and process your feelings is essential while navigating obstacles and transitions life brings.
I am committed to empowering clients as they identify and create desired change in their life. My clinical practice is grounded in a strengths-based approach and the belief that every person holds inherent abilities and value. When you identify and step into those strengths, you create meaningful pathways for growth and the capacity to address challenges with confidence. With a holistic approach, I work to hold a safe space for your unique story while addressing both your physical and mental wellness. Within a safe, nonjudgmental space clients are encouraged to explore their core beliefs and sense of self, grow their self-awareness, grieve, and heal at their own pace.
With a solution-focused and direct therapeutic style, I have experience helping clients address anxiety, build stress management skills, establish healthy boundaries, navigate ADHD-related challenges, develop organizational strategies, work through relationship conflict, and increase emotional literacy.
The journey of healing and growth is not linear, but it is meaningful, courageous work. I would be honored to support you on your journey. Please schedule a free 15 minute consult or send an email to better determine if my therapeutic approach is a good fit for you.
