Have complicated relationships and overwhelming emotions left you at a loss for what to do next? Do you feel like you are a screw-up with your partner and having a hard time believing you can succeed at anything? Perhaps you have made attempts at repairing relationships only to end up feeling more hurt and confused than before. You can’t stop thinking, “what’s wrong with me”. You feel lost and suffer from decision fatigue. The racing thoughts and past memories are stuck in your head and you feel desperate to feel “normal”. You’re lonely and want to feel like the old you, but wonder if he/she still exists.

If you are experiencing any of these emotions, you are not alone. My name is Mary Bennett and I am a therapist who is passionate about helping individuals repair their relationships and find healing in their personal struggles. In our time together, you will find that I strive to offer an unbiased, outsider’s perspective. I do this by truly listening. I validate you. I offer reassurance and help you form a plan that is practical and will help you reach your personal goals. No challenge is insignificant if it is important to you. I want you to learn how to feel in control of your emotions, set boundaries in relationships, and find joy in life.

Ready to start? For some of my clients, the idea of picking up the phone makes them want to run and hide. I get it. It can be scary. I want you to know that by making an initial call, you are not committing to anything. You are merely getting a moment to connect with me to see if I may be the right fit for your needs. So let go of the stress (let’s be honest, you’re probably carrying around enough of that already) and contact me today to schedule a free 15-minute phone consultation. And hey, e-mail works too! I look forward to hearing from you.

Mary is a professionally trained EMDR Therapist.

Are you tired of trying to work through your problems on your own? Are there times where you feel emotionally or mentally checked out? Does it make you feel less than to ask for help? It is common to find yourself stuck in a cycle, lose your motivation or purpose, and just don’t know what to do next. Almost like you have tried everything to change or be better, but nothing seems to stick or work like you’d hoped. You didn’t realize the toll anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress was or could have on your relationships and reaching your goals. You’ve realized you need to talk to someone, and you probably have a lot of questions. However, often our shame or hurt wants us to think we are alone. You want to get back to your old self, or at least find a new way of being that is better than how things are now. You do not have to go through it alone.

Let me walk alongside you through whatever you are experiencing. My name is Will Bennett and I want you to know that you matter. I am a therapist who deeply cares about joining with clients where they are, helping them create goals and plans to grow, and become the best versions of themselves. I do not provide advice, but help you discover and develop the tools you already possess. I am serious about growing. I will help you broaden your emotional vocabulary to really know and be able to express what you feel. I use an integrative approach to counseling, meaning that there is not one technique or theory that works for everyone, so integrating different modalities to best fit you is what I want to do.

Making that first contact is difficult. It is hard and vulnerable to ask for help. Know that I do this every day and I want to make this process as smooth and easy going as possible. Contact me now for a free 15-minute consult to see if I am a good fit to help you achieve wellness. The path to healing starts now, but it is up to you to begin the journey.

Will is a professionally trained EMDR Therapist.

You might even say “I don’t feel like myself” and wonder if something is wrong with you. Your past causes anxiety that you’ve carried for years. You’re alone and feel like a burden on others.

If this is you, you are not alone. My name is Cierra Sloop, I am a therapist and I have a passion for helping others find relief from their struggles. When you sit with me, I aim to make you feel comfortable sharing your story, by listening without judgment, validating you and your feelings, and giving you a safe space where you feel like you are not on your own. Together, we will create a plan that gives you power to get control back in your life. I want to help you feel that you can do this.

Are you ready to take the first step toward getting your life back? It can be scary to make the call, and it can be hard to admit you need help. When you pick up the phone to make that first call, there’s no pressure and no commitment. The first call is a time for you to find out if I’m the help you need. So call the office for a free 15-minute phone consultation. And if phone calls are not your thing, email also works! I’m excited to see how I can help you on your journey to peace again.

A good therapeutic relationship involves an understanding of each other’s expectations. It is also helpful for you to know a little about my approach and philosophy to counseling. I hold closely to the value of personal responsibility in the process of change, but I also believe there is a shared responsibility when healing relationships. I appreciate the experiences and strengths of my clients and look for opportunities to weave those into the treatment process.

I rely on several guiding principles; that people and relationships can grow and change, that emotional and spiritual wounds can heal with the proper support, and that each of us are created with unique abilities within certain limitations. Being able to discern what is within our power to control is essential to achieving the best outcomes. Although my practice is grounded in science, my Judeo-Christian background is central to my personal and professional life, and I hold with reverence the various spiritual views of my clients.

I use several modalities depending on the issues presented. In my trauma focused work, I utilize my Level II training in EMDR along with cognitive-behavioral approaches. In addressing issues in relationships, I rely heavily on approaches that are inspired from the family systems and attachment theories. These approaches focus on the relational patterns that impact the development of persons and relationships. Establishing safety and stability are foundational to the healing process in all forms of therapy. I strive to create a safe therapeutic space that gives you the opportunity to develop new skills and perspectives that can be applied to your life. Therefore, much of the growth you experience will occur outside of the therapy room as you practice these skills or complete homework assignments between sessions.

If you are experiencing the painful emotions common to trauma and loss, are searching for ways to cope with a variety of issues such as anxiety and depression, or just want to find ways to improve your relationships, I would be excited to have the opportunity to work with you! I also enjoy providing pre-marital counseling, guidance in parenting, and supporting those who are in active recovery from addiction. I would be happy to schedule a free 15 minute consultation to see if I am a good fit for your needs.
